  • What even IS Occupational Therapy?
    Occupational Therapy, commonly referred to as OT, is a rehabilitative therapy service that helps people live their fullest lives through the therapeutic use of daily activities or "occupations" like self-care, work, and play/leisure activities to increase independence, enhance development, and/or prevent disability. At Carolina Therapy Solutions for Kids, we specialize in pediatric OT, focusing on babies and children with chromosomal disorders, autism, and other physical or developmental disabilities.   • How do I know if my child needs Occupational Therapy?
    If you believe your child could benefit from OT, please complete our screener and contact our office to set up an evalution. If your child is seeing an Early Interventionist, ask your EI if OT would be the best next step for your child.
  • What does the therapist do with my child during sessions?

  • Does CTS4K accept my insurance?
    These are the insurance carriers we accept for Occupational Therapy services: Aetna Blue Cross Blue Shield Cigna MedCost United Healthcare Tricare East Medicaid TEFRA Medicaid Fee for Service Medicaid Healthy Blue/Blue Choice Medicaid Molina Medicaid Absolute Total Care We also accept out-of-pocket payments, if a person does not have insurance or does not want to have their insurance billed.
